Hannah Kestner is from Saltville, Virginia where she graduated from Northwood High School in 2017. Hannah has marched with Carolina Gold Drum and Bugle Corps (2017. 2018, 2019), Stateline Winter Guard (2017, 2018) Legacy Independent Winter Guard (2019), and Etude A Winter Guard (2021). She has taught at various high schools in the Tri-Cities and SWVA, including Sullivan South Marion. She has worked as a consultant for several groups locally and is sought after for band camps. She currently teaches color guard at both Tennessee High School and Virginia High School.
In addition to her teaching experiences, Hannah has also served as executive assistant and social media coordinator for Carolina Gold Drum and Bugle Corps. She currently serves on the Connecting Individuals Through Performing Arts (CIPA) Board as the secretary, Tennessee state representative, and the social media coordinator.
Hannah recently graduated from Emory and Henry College with her bachelor’s in Civic Innovation and Sociology and is currently pursuing her master’s in social work.
