Lawrence Rucker is from Etowah, Tennessee, where he graduated from McMinn Central High School in 2010. Mr. Rucker received his Bachelor of Music from East Tennessee State University in December of 2016, and has marched with World Class drum corps including Pioneer Drum & Bugle Corps in 2008 and Platinum Drum Corps in 2010. His teaching experience includes being a percussion instructor at Daniel Boone High School, Cloudland High School, Sullivan North Middle School, and Tennessee High School. In the near future, Mr. Rucker plans to continue his education by earning a master's degree in education.
